Veni Vidi Vermicelli - I came, I saw, I waited for the worms. A play on words, based on vermicelli (“worms”) and the Pink Floyd track “Waiting for the worms” from the 1979 album “The Wall”. Featuring a photo I took of a car showroom wall which was whitewashed years ago but has since mostly eroded away.
Inspired by Eclipse, my favourite track on the Dark Side Of The Moon album, featuring an eclipse image made by taking a photo through a tube with the end close to a brick wall allowing in a minimum of light to create a corona effect

Veni Vidi Villon – I came, I saw, I couldn’t find the snows of yesteryear. A play on words, based on the poem “Ballade des dames du temps jadis” (“Ballad of the Ladies of Times Past”) by François Villon, and its interrogative refrain “Mais où sont les neiges d’antan?” (“But where are the snows of yesteryear?”) – a comment on the ephemeral nature of fame. Featuring a photo I took of the tree opposite our house in the depths of winter, covered in snow.
Veni Vidi VPN - I came, I saw, I didn't like being watched. A play on words, based on the internet privacy technology VPN ("Virtual Private Network") which theoretically enables users to send data across public networks without it being observed by third parties. Featuring a photo I took of my shadow in a field when the sun was very low.
Veni Vidi Vienna – I came, I saw, it meant nothing to me. A play on words based on the Ultravox song “Vienna”, featuring a photo I took of the iconic “Wiener Riesenrad” (big Ferris wheel) in the Vienna Prater amusement park.
